Christmas Party Class ....

this class will be our final Creative Cafe class for the year ... so we are going to celebrate with having a Christmas Party at the same time. We will have some presents, christmas food and lots of fun ...

we will be making these projects! Cute christmas gift box, wish list (with a page for each family member to list their wishes for christmas!) and a door knob wish list

Advent Calender Class ....

this cute project we are doing in class this week Tuesday 25th Nov at 9.45am ... so we are ready for Christmas festivities starting the following week.

This cute idea came from the Year to Remember class i did with Heidi last year ... you can personalise this for your family so each day there is something for your family to do or look forward to.

Creative Kids Classes for Christmas .....

Dec 8th - Christmas Class

In this class we will be making a Christmas Card, Christmas gift bag and a mini box filled with little Christmas cards. This class is 1 -4pm including afternoon tea.

There will only be 8 spots for this class

December 9th - Scrapbooking Class

In this class we will make 2 full page scrapbooking pages with afternoon tea included. One page is shown here ...

Class runs from 1 - 4pm

each person will be notified regarding what types of photos to use.

December 10th - Christmas Projects

In this class we will be making a "Wish List" door hanger

Christmas Organiser

this class is on November 11th at 9.45 - 12pm the cost $20.

Project inspired by Janet Hopkins. This project is the perfect companion for the festive season, with a calender, pockets, note pad, place for gift cards, ideas pocket, reciepts pocket ... so functional!

REMEMBER BOOK ...
sorry i made a mistake ... its 28 October (not november!)
Tuesday 28th November at 9.30am we will make our Remember Book for this year. We will be constructed the book, and then filling the pages. So bring any photos from this year to help start your book off ... any special times or moments that you do not want to forget.

Also bring your tools as there will be alot of cutting etc. Those that have a cropper dial please bring those too, i do have one that we can share.

CHANGE OF PLANS .....

NEXT CLASS IS .... Cards. We will make 5 different cards for different occassions.

I was unable to order my cardstock in time for the "Remember book" class on tues, so i am swapping the weeks around.

Here are the photos for the Remember book so you get an idea of what we are doing. I did this book last year in Heidi's class ... it is to capture all the memories for the year. I really loved how mine turned out last year and everyone is my family still looks at it often ... it became really special. So i have decided to do one every year now to capture the moments that are so special. Any of you coming to the card class on tuesday will be able to have a look at it in person.

Please let me know asap if you would like to book in for the class, i will need numbers by 12 on Monday 27th October.

Circle Journal Girls ... we will be swapping our journals on Tuesday, if you are not coming to the class please drop your journal to me, or call me so i can arrange to get it from you. We will have a 2 week turn around on the next change over!

Cute Chinese Box Project ...

Our next class we are squeezing in before the holidays start is this cute chinese takeaway box.

The class will be on Tues 16th Sept - email me or call 0412 649 009 to book in.

I will put a tutorial on the blog after the class for any of you who would like the kit but cannot make the class.

Creative Kids .... School Holiday Classes!

This September holidays the first Creative Kids classes are being launched. The class will consist of making a card, bookmark (which will have the child's initial at the top in a ghost letter ... you will notice the "e" at the top) and lolly purse. The class is 2 hours long and will cost $30 per child.

Next class - Sept 9th - Altered Clipboard

this cute little clipboard could be used for so many different things ... it has a huge magnet on the back - as you can see mine is already on my fridge (very handy for all those lists mothers have)


We are using my friend Heidi Swapp's products for the next class which of course is gorgeous!


















we will make a quick card with the leftover patterned paper.

This class will cost $20

Father's Day Class

Hi Ladies ... as promised here are the projects we will be making at the next class ... from top left, father's day card, father's day voucher book (the kids can fill in - 4 vouchers for dad to redeem) and at the front a cute chocolate box (when you pull the ribbon the chocolate comes out)

From today ....

we had fun today making these gift cards, and i added this cute little box to put them in after being inspired by Linda on friday night.

I wanted to let you know early that the next class will be NEXT WEEK ... yes ladies, next tues 26th August.

We will be doing a Father's Day class with a cute cute cute project. We will be making dad a little voucher book which the kids can give him ... i have almost finished it, so will have photos up in the next day or so ...SO CHECK BACK!

also we will make a matching card ... and sweet chocolate box ~ dad's always need something sweet.

The circle journal girls ... please note that our next change over will be in 3 weeks time, as i don't want to put pressure on you for havng them finished by next week.

Stamping Up Fun ..

Thanks to Linda who gave us such a fun night last night. She is so clever - i love her work. We all had such a great time making her projects .. lucky for me i got to keep all of them! yay!

My girls had the BEST time making their project ... i think Linda is their new best friend! lol!

Getting ready ...

am getting excited about tuesday, i think this is cause for celebration ... so look forward to some birthday cake! YAY! of course chocolate!

WELCOME ....

I am so excited to be sharing Creative Cafe with you ... where good ideas and creations come together with yummy food and great tea and coffee - not to mention fabulous company (smile)

We have our Circle Journals on the go ... we will continue this journey and have all the girls on board now a total of 7 which will make for some gorgeous creations to come. I will post my circle journal pages here, so as they pass thru me you will get a peak into each of the themes. Its a really fun project.

Here is the first page in my journal ... i am a cupcake girl, and my 3 girls are becoming cupcake girls too - we make cupcakes usually once a week ... i can't wait to get my journal back filled with more recipes to try.

NEXT CLASS ...

The next class is Tuesday 29th July 9.30 - 11.30am. We will be making a gift card set, complete with 6 cards inside. Make sure to book in by Monday midday as its first in best dressed. You can order kits with instructions if you cannot make the class or miss out on a spot.
